Resurrection Sunday:
The Epitome of Grace

There is much to be said about Resurrection Sunday.

"And be sure of this: I am with you always,
even to the end of the age." (Matthew 28:20b, NLT)

In each of the Gospels, the author offers a different, but similar, take on the series of events that transpired on that day.

Regardless of which version you choose from the synoptic Gospels, the message is the same - Jesus was the ultimate sacrifice given to you by the Grace of God.

He endured his death, burial, and resurrection so that you could live an abundant life through the infinite power of God's divine love.

None of us are deserving of such a gift, but this special day reflects the extent to which God was willing to go to in order to engage with His creation on earth.

God wanted to understand human frailties.

Through Jesus, God communicated that in spite of your shortcomings, you are never alone.

This is one of the best times to thank God for sacrificing His only son so that all who believe in Him can rest in knowing that they are covered by His unconditional love and mighty power.

Each Resurrection Sunday acts as a reminder of God’s ultimate sacrifice and epitomizes His free and merciful gift of grace.
